Transcript Requests
Graduates from SOI can request official high school transcripts from www.parchment.com. Our guidance counselor will be notified via Parchment
of your request and release an official record to your choice of recipients (college/technical school, personal email).

Application Time Windows:
Students are encouraged to apply early to allow for processing time.
*April 1st - Sept. 30th for Fall Entry. (pending availability) Applications are closed in October.
For the Spring Semester (starting January 2027 TBD), applications open November 2026.
We follow the Corbin Independent Schools Calendar (www.corbinschools.org)
Admission Process
Complete applications (which include all requested documentation and an
education reference) will be reviewed by our application committee.
Re-enrollment for SOI will begin in mid-April to determine roster availability for new enrollments.
*Submitted applications to SOI does not qualify as an enrollment guarantee.

Below are the personal documents you will need to upload to the application:
Academic report: Copy of most current cumulative High School Transcript or Middle/Elem
cumulative report card.
Attendance records or homeschool data about academic work/schedule.
Behavior Report with information on student behavioral needs.
Reference - A link to send your academic reference is embedded in the application. Reference

(References without an application will not be considered).
